    As a graduate of Purdue University in Electrical Engineering Technology, John began his career selling and applying value-added solutions for robotic equipment designed for manufacturing. He has learned disciplines and sales techniques that have proven useful in real estate. John has been regularly listed as one of the top 10 independent agents for RE/MAX in Indiana and won the award for the largest single transaction for all agents in Indiana his first year in the business. Additionally, he recently was awarded 5 Star Agent for real estate service as seen in Indianapolis Monthly.  He is a hard worker, great negotiator and is in-tune to your needs as a valuable client-- Most of his business growth has been through client recommendations.

    John is past President of the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School Board, coach of multiple sports, and current President of a multi-owner commercial building association in the Arts & Design District.  He is on the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors Technology Committee in an effort to influence improvements in the tools agents use to better serve clients.

    Debbie has more than 22 years experience in the Real Estate industry. Her positive attitude and willingness to help will allow you to feel more than welcome to contact her with any of your concerns throughout your real estate process. As the Client Care Manager, her focus on our team is coordinating the real estate transaction. She is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm to answer any questions or concerns that clients of Team Pacilio may have during and after every transaction.
