John specializes in value added processes for buying and selling real estate. He applies the knowledge gained from his professional consulting background in his approach to the real estate business to enhance the experience for his clients. His success is evident by a strong business growth pattern and the loyalty of his many repeat customers. 

As a graduate of Purdue University in Electrical Engineering Technology, John began his career selling and applying value-added solutions for robotic equipment designed for manufacturing. He has learned disciplines and sales techniques that have proven useful in real estate. John has been regularly listed as one of the top 10 independent agents for RE/MAX in Indiana and won the award for the largest single transaction for all agents in Indiana his first year in the business. He is a hard worker, great negotiator and is in-tune to your needs as a valuable client-- Most of his business growth has been through client recommendations.

Jill Keiffer, Business Manager 

Jill specializes in the marketing and client services area of our business. She ensures your home is seen by thousands of prospective buyers through websites, newspapers, postcards, brochures and more! Jill also communicates and follows-up with clients, title companies, mortgage companies and other real estate agents to ensure all transactions have a seamless and successful closing.  

Jill is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington and has a background in sales and property management. Her customer service approach can be attributed to her years working in the Park and Event Sales department at Walt Disney World. Jill's later experience as a Property Manager is what first sparked her interest and understanding about real estate.
